Who we are
I’m Kendall Lambert, the creator of Cup & Sage, and an intuitive guide dedicated to helping others find balance, healing, and self discovery. My journey into holistic wellness began with a deep passion for our natural world, self-care, energy work, and natural healing. When I struggled to find products that truly aligned with my values- pure, natural, and intentionally crafted- I started making my own. That passion grew into a business that not only offers handcrafted self-care products but also supports others on their person and spiritual journeys.
At Cup & Sage, my mission is to provide a space for healing - physically, emotionally, and energetically. I create all-natural bath, body and meditation products using only the highest-quality ingredients, free from toxin and unnecessary additives. I forage in the woods of Vermont or grow in my garden as many of the botanicals for my products as possible. Evert product is infused with intention, designed to help you relax, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
You can find me selling my products at local craft fairs and themed fairs across Vermont and our neighboring states.
Alongside my handcrafted products, I offer intuitive one-on-one sessions and group meditations in partnership with Amanda of Lumiere VT. These sessions are designed to help guide you toward clarity, emotional healing, and energetic balance. Through this work, I connect with your energy to provide insight, support, and tools that help you navigate life’s challenges with greater awareness and confidence. Using intuitive guidance alongside vibrational sound healing, I create a space where you can release stress, restore harmony, and deepen your connection to yourself. Whether you are seeking clarity, relaxation, or a greater sense of alignment, these offerings are designed to help you find peace and empowerment.
